My guests this week are a Power Couple, and also serial entrepreneurs with a passion for bringing new products to market. With over $300M in revenue creation, current focus is on improving sleep with the Chilisleep and sleep.me platform. Please meet Todd and Tara Youngblood.
Are you an avid nap-taker? Depending on your body type, you might be! If you are, Todd + Tara share that it is best to take a nap after lunch because your chronotype is dropping your core body temperature, which is what is facilitating that.
There are different levels of rest… even different levels of napping! It is important to really examine your schedule and then manage your sleep to get what you need. You need 2 hours of REM sleep and then 2 hours of deep sleep. Be thoughtful with YOUR life!
Ask yourself: what’s NOT working? Because then you can gain awareness, clarity, and therefore change. Let’s overcome these obstacles!
“Overcoming the next obstacle is what successful entrepreneurs do…” – Todd
"Pressure produces results." – Todd
My guest this week is Scott Bennett. Scott worked for over 16 years as a financial planner at one of the largest asset management firms in the world. Scott discovered a fascinating, little known, yet legal way to find out what stocks billion dollar fund managers are buying and selling. If you struggle to know what stocks to buy, when to stay invested, and when to sell, then knowing what stocks fund managers are buying can help you profit and feel confident in the companies you own.
• What investment mistakes have you made and what did you learn?
• What are the most common investing mistakes people make?
• How do you know when to BUY stocks?
• How do you know when to SELL stocks?
• How can you invest with more confidence?
• How do you identify investment trends before they make their big gains?
“Retirement is one strategy but wealth is a different category of strategy… but it isn't about retirement, it's really about freedom…”
“You have to have a thirst for knowledge.”
“It’s not always about KNOWING how to solve it— rather, knowing WHO you know that can solve it…”
My guest this week is Ron Macklin. Ron is a friend I have known for about 15 years and counting! Ron realized early in his engineering career that he had a passion for building and leading teams. And he realized that to succeed, he needed to build a deep network of support. He needed to learn why people connect and how they create results together. This realization led him on a 30-year journey that culminated in the creation of the 7-step Macklin Method and the launch of MacklinConnection.

My guest this week is Michael Chu.
I was recently introduced to Michael and can’t believe I’ve gone so much of life without knowing him. He’s what I call “good people” and he just so happens to be a biz genius.
That’s why I knew I needed to get him on the Wealthy Wellthy Podcast.
To put it simply, Michael helps 6-7 fig businesses find an extra $250k-1M+ in backend revenue with their LTV Method. He is the creator and founder of Champion Development Inc., the premier coaching and support program for executives, fit pros, and entrepreneurs .
There's honestly nothing simple about that!

2. Do you feel like you want to give up? —> Get clear on what that feeling is and let it become your biggest teacher!
3. What is a good life?
4. What is a “win” for you, specifically?
5. Do successful people become happy or do happy people become successful?
6. What am I ACTUALLY committed to?
What You Will Learn:

- Learn how to love the process — always focus on being a little bit better everyday
- Often times are biggest complaint is our biggest mission
- Knowing when enough is enough
- The most successful people learn to ask themselves “and” questions— not “or” questions
- The “Remember When” Exercises:
Ask yourself, ‘remember when…’ and then speak of the PRESENT as if it were the PAST.
Example: “remember when I was nervous about these new clients?
—> the frame of “remember when” as if you’ve already worked through it allows your nervous system to lighten up and breathe!

He is a performance coach, author, dynamic public speaker, tech visionary and thought leader.

Mike is a perfect example of creating beauty out of destruction.
From his rough childhood (or, “broken”, as he says it) Mike was surrounded by chaos and disruption. Yet, he did not let this become him. In fact, even at the young age of 8, he already understood that there is a different path in life and he was determined to take the path of LIFE, and not death…literally.
Mike sets such a valuable example for not only his kids, but for everyone around him, and what an honor it was to get to share his light on this platform for you to hear for yourself.
You know it’s going to be a life-changing episode when it starts off with: “A lot of people do a lot of thinking first, and then they plan a lot. And showing up and taking action gets you to failure faster. We need failure!” Stated by the one and only, Mike “C-Roc”.
Mike asked me a question I’ve never been asked before… he asked: Do you feel like you’ve “made it” yet?
So, now I will ask you the same. Do you feel like YOU’VE made it yet?
Next big Q…
Which direction are you going?
First, realize this: We have 3 keepers: fear, ego, judgment
What's your mission? —> if you don’t have a mission, you subconsciously go back to your keepers!
Are you in a condition, or a “mood” you don’t like? You can fix it! You can cause a NEW one! It’s a shift in perspective. This is self-awareness on a new level.
Dive into this episode to rediscover yourself. You will feel totally unstoppable.
My guest this week is John Howard. John is an internationally-recognized therapist, wellness expert, and educator who uses the latest science to help couples have stronger relationships. He is the host of The John Howard Show, a wellness podcast, and the creator of the Ready Set Love® series of neuroscience-based online programs for couples.
In this episode, we share our own stories and I get more vulnerable than usual– and that is telling of how supportive John is as a friend.
Throughout his life, John has devoted his time to discovering the depths of healthy, whole relationships. This led him to realize the difference of Good Relationships and Good Intentions. This goes as follows…
Good relationship skills vs good intentions = two VERY different things!
They’re different skill sets. And this is where John can help you out :-)
So— to better understand all of this, I laid it ALL out on the table… I just dealt with a recent breakup and John so graciously offered his sound and professional advice.
This led us to talk about attachment styles– and let’s be real, we all could benefit from understanding this ;-)

This week, my special guest is one of my students! I thrive off of sharing these conversations with you...
My client and I go over the various ways of creating and keeping wealth. I call it the “storage tank”... and they go as followed:
Storage Tank:
The whole game of money is called Cash Flow! And money knowledge is not common sense because it is not taught in school. This is where my money school - CURBS - comes into play. It is a way to create a cash flow management system by making conscious, deliberate choices with your money.
Krisstina’s Advice:
“My definition of an asset is something that creates cash flow at some point in time.” - Krisstina Wise
Client Questions:
My guest this week is Dr. Frances Yahia, an archetypal astrologer, shaman, akashic records’ reader, and spiritual counselor based in South Florida.
She earned her Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling and Educational Leadership from Barry University and has studied and taught metaphysics for over two decades.
Dr. Yahia’s main interests are Jungian analysis with an emphasis on depth psychology, patterns, shadow work, and the use of symbols and archetypes to assist clients with their deepest subconscious patterns. She helps clients identify the narratives they’ve built their lives upon, deconstruct the story and build a new foundation with the client's authentic values and philosophy at the forefront of their life.
I felt really pulled to this conversation, especially with how quick Francis was to open up about her life… In the first 2 minutes she got real candid about how she grew up in a cult– and was forced to marry the cult leader’s nephew and had 3 children. It then hit her that this was NOT her value system. So, she maneuvered.
She cried out to the universe: “SHOW ME!” She needed new guidance. Any guidance.
This led her to astrology.
“We all have the right to intuition. However, our intuition is only as good as the quality of our thoughts!” – Francis Y.
Francis quickly learned that a lot of tools and techniques to healing didn’t work because they only tackle the behavior and not the belief change.
Everything started to shift for Francis when she really understood that we have to go back to the beginning– the origin– that moment of conception.
So, she developed the “TED” talk: Thought, Emotion, Desire…
It's about going to the root: if you do not tackle thought, emotion, and desire, you really cannot transmute. It's not about transformation, it's about transmutation!

This week my guest is Nicole Kalil. Nicole is slightly obsessed with confidence and what it takes to both build and keep it! She spent the bulk of her professional life with a Fortune 500 company. Nicole speaks to leaders across the country about the “not-so-secret” secrets of confidence.
“Confidence on the road to competence…” -- Nicole Kalil
During our time together, Nicole breaks down a myriad of tangible action items for us to take on the road to confidence. I will share below...
All with more confidence!
“All the things that matter to us are tied directly to our confidence.” — Nicole Kalil
“Know who you are, own who you are not, and choose to embrace all of it.” Knowing who we are is step one to confidence building. This also includes owning who you are NOT!
Let’s get deeper into it...
This week I interviewed Sylvia Tara, biochemist and author of The Secret Life of Fat.
Sylvia Tara was driven to research fat, science, and lifestyle after she finally got "fed up" with eating less and exercising more than her slimmer friends throughout her life.
Her experiences told her there was more to weight loss than just “calorie in, calorie out.” As a biochemist, she was driven to get to the bottom of fat’s mysteries and the reasons it vexes us.
In her best-selling book, The Secret Life of Fat, she reveals the complex biology of fat, how it resists loss, and what to do to remove stubborn fat. Readers will learn that fat, surprisingly, uses many tricks to stay on us, and only if you understand those tricks can you beat fat at its own game.
Now, here’s a pretty straight forward question: Have you struggled with stubborn fat?
Maybe it was while you were growing up... or even worse… after having kids?
Well, you’re not alone! And Dr. Sylvia did all the research for us ;)
For starters, it we all have a different “fat profile” -- we don’t all gain it the same way, or even burn it the same way!
“Fat has a brain!” -- Dr. Sylvia
Fat produces hormones called lectin, estrogen, and adiponectin that are essential. It signals out to your body on how to properly act and has a major influence throughout the body!
For instance, lower leptin levels leads us to hunger. And we know where this can lead… this is how weight gain can reappear once weight has been lost! Fat does not want to flee. It’s oddly smart. It’s almost working against you. Hence, those infamous yo yo diets!
“Calories matter. But, what kind of calories you’re eating matters as well.” What is the source? Is it a calorie filled with protein or from a potato chip? It. Matters.
My conversation with Dr. Sylvia was truly fascinating. I have learned so much about the body, and FAT specifically. I trust that her knowledge and expertise will help you and your loved ones, as well.
Dr. Tara is promoting her book, "The Secret life of Fat '' a pdf is available upon request.
This week I spoke with leading cosmetic dermatologists, Dr. Allen Lycka. A pioneer in cosmetic surgery, he helped develop laser-assisted tumescent liposuction - an advanced body sculpture technique, and Mohs Micrographic Surgery, an advanced means of removing skin cancer with 99% success.
In 2003, Dr. Lycka’s life changed drastically when he suddenly developed a right foot drop and then misdiagnosed as ALS (Lou Gehrig’s’ disease). Still, he maintained his status as a leading cosmetic doctor for 30 years.
Now, as we get started, I want you to ponder this question: If you were told you had 6 months to live…what would you do?
Well, there was a point in Dr. Lycka’s life when this question was a reality for him. He was told that he had only 6 months to live. Wow.
During this season of his life, Dr. Lycka experienced a myriad of emotions, as anyone would-- and he kindly shares what that was like for him…

Jerremy Newsome started his fortune by the inspiration of Forrest Gump. Yup! That was the seed of success that energized him and planted the seed of success as a young child.
Today, his main mission is to enrich lives and teach others about the stock market-- and use it to create active and/or cash flow.
Jerremy and I discuss the power of the mind. The position of our thought life is everything. If your mind is SET-- that is simply the standard you will be at. However, Jerremy introduces the HEART-set. He poses the statement: you can change your beliefs, your structure your thoughts, and your feelings!
A few nuggest from Jerremy himself...

“You have to circulate money to grow.”

Alison Armstrong’s exploration of human behavior began in 1991, with her decision to study men, “To find out how I was bringing out the worst in them. And hopefully, how to bring out the best.” Her success in understanding men naturally led to studying women’s behavior and making vital connections between the two.
Armstrong distinguishes human instincts that compel both men and women to behave in ways that contradict and undermine our own purposes, goals, values, needs and relationships. She offers partnership-based alternatives giving millions of people access to more fulfilling lives, loving relationships, stronger families and productive organizations.
I’ve got to tell you, Alison brought deep understanding to me. I felt like this whole other world was suddenly available to me and I know you will feel the same way.
Armstrong is a sought-after speaker and thought-leader amongst people with the desire to live empowered lives. Alison’s philosophy and approach is frequently referenced and taught by other authors, speakers, business consultants and therapists.

This week, my special guest is my very own personal financial advisor, Kim Butler!
Kim is Founder of Partners 4 Prosperity. Kim has shunned common financial products such as stocks, bonds, savings accounts and CDs in favor of alternative investments, private lending, and creative life insurance strategies outside of the typical financial planning “box.”
Kim is an entrepreneur who proves you really can have it all.
With a booming financial practice and a rich personal life, she’s also a committed coach who wants to help other entrepreneurs achieve for themselves the same kind of results she’s enjoying.
“Mindset is the most critical thing. I CHOOSE positive. It’s a daily, sometimes hourly, minute-by-minute choice.” -- Kim Butler
This week on the WW Podcast I spoke with Dr. Simon. He's An internationally-recognized expert on manipulators and other problem characters and the author of 3 bestselling books: In Sheep’s Clothing (which has been translated into 12 foreign languages), Character Disturbance, and The Judas Syndrome.
In our conversation, I reminisced on a time I decided to speak up about what I was facing (relationally), which turned out to be the catalyst to my healing! A dear friend of mine suggested books to read and even admitted her similar struggles. This made me realize, once again, how VITAL it is for us to share what we are going through.
“I really believe in the importance of character above all else. Building character is what it’s all about.” -- Dr. George Simon
Dr. George tells us this:
“There are psychological conditions that occur in people that are basically OK as a person… They are suffering from conditions that are either caused or influenced by biochemical imbalances and they are affected by circumstances and need a little bit of help. THEN, there are individuals whose problems and the problems they cause others are a direct result of who they have fashioned themselves to be…”
Dr. Simon gives insight on how to trust your gut instinct but also some tried and true signs of character faults and toxicity.
Make sure to tune in!

This week on the WW Podcast I spoke with Vanessa Ford, cofounder of Menolabs. Vanessa’s life mission revolves around menopause!
Vanessa discovered menopause for herself at age 44. The word wasn’t really in her vocabulary and certainly not on her radar but when she realized that menopause was the source of some challenging changes in body and emotions, she soon discovered that there was very little information available on the subject.
She found that shocking! That every woman will experience menopause in their life yet it wasn’t something that women talked about nor was it very understood.
So, Vanessa turned that into a challenge -- to make menopause a conversation that could be had at the dinner table and all women understand it, or at least can easily find support and help when going through this transition.
I don't know about you, but I didn’t grow up talking about this kind of thing-- and by that I mean periods, pregnancy, menopause-- let alone perimenopause!
Vanessa is the voice we all need in today’s world.
For starters, I learned that menopause is 12 whole months without a period. The ~average age of menopause is 51. Whereas the ~average age of perimenopause is around 45-46 years old, even as early as 35 years old. Vanessa reminds us: “It’s something you need to be aware of in your mid-30s.”
